Khadim India is demerging its Distribution Business into KSR Footwear Limited as part of an NCLT-approved scheme. KSR Footwear has allotted 1,83,78,382 new equity shares of ₹10 each to all existing shareholders of Khadim India whose names appeared on the record date of June 7, 2025. The NCLT Kolkata bench had approved this scheme on March 27, 2025. KSR Footwear is now in the process of applying for listing and trading approvals from both BSE and NSE.
Existing Khadim India shareholders will receive shares in a new listed entity, KSR Footwear Limited, which will house the separated distribution business. Once listed, shareholders will hold shares in two separate listed companies — Khadim India (remaining business) and KSR Footwear (demerged distribution business).
