On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts less than its Pharmaceuticals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
An extraordinary general meeting on 16 November 2026 will seek approval to convert INR 57 crore of debt in Ethiopia-based Kilitch Estro Biotech into shares, lifting Kilitch Drugs' stake from 67% to 89.17%, and sell the entire holding to HarmeeCare Pharmaceuticals for USD 12.855 million. Proceeds are intended for debt repayment, interest reduction and the Pen facility. Shareholders will also appoint two independent directors for five years.
Success could add USD 12.855 million and help cut interest costs, but Kilitch loses the subsidiary. Shareholder approval and completion remain risks.
