Kings Infra Ventures has signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Government to set up a 500-acre Kings Maritime Aquaculture Technology Park near Srikakulam, close to Visakhapatnam. The ₹2,500 crore project will involve ₹500 crore direct investment from Kings Infra and partners, with an additional ₹2,000 crore expected from ancillary industries. The park is expected to create 1,500 direct and 10,000 indirect jobs, and generate ₹2,000 crore in direct exports plus ₹20,000 crore in indirect exports from Year 3 onwards. The facility will include hatcheries, indoor farming systems, multi-species culture units, processing lines, a marine bio-actives division, and an AI-driven digital operations centre powered by Kings Infra's proprietary BlueTechOS platform. The government will help fast-track land allocation and approvals, with training programmes planned to certify 5,000 aqua professionals over five years.
This is a major capacity expansion that significantly scales Kings Infra's aquaculture business and positions the company as a national leader in tech-driven, sustainable seafood production. For shareholders, the direct investment is manageable (₹500 crore), but the long-term revenue and export potential is large, though execution risk around land, approvals, and capex over multiple years remains a key watchpoint.
