Intimation of Resignation of Manojkumar D. Patel and Dineshkumar D Patel from Independent directors of the company

Kiran Syntex Limited has informed BSE that two Non-Executive Independent Directors — Mr. Manojkumar Dhirajbhai Patel (DIN: 05294851) and Mr. Dineshkumar Dhirajbhai Patel (DIN: 05294840) — have resigned from the board with effect from 14 November 2025. Both cited pre-occupation with other activities as the reason and have also stepped down from all board committee memberships. Each director confirmed they do not hold directorships in any other listed company and that there are no other material reasons behind the exit. The board, led by Managing Director Maheshkumar Motiram Godiwala, accepted the resignations in its meeting on 14 November 2025.
