Kiri Industries has completed the sale of its entire 37.57% stake in DyStar to Zhejiang Longsheng Group for about USD 689 million. The deal was originally ordered by the Singapore International Commercial Court in February 2024. Both the Share Purchase Agreement and the Share Buyback Agreement now stand discharged by performance. DyStar has ceased to be an associate company of Kiri Industries.
Major cash inflow of about USD 689 million from the divestment; DyStar is no longer an associate, simplifying the group structure.
