On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts less than its Ferrous Metals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kirloskar Ferrous Industries published a notice in Financial Express and Loksatta on 16 October 2026 about a SEBI-mandated special window from 5 February 2026 to 4 February 2027. The window allows transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019, and covers earlier rejected transfer requests. Transferred shares will be credited only in demat form with a one-year lock-in. Shares already transferred to IEPF are not eligible. Eligible shareholders may apply through the company or its RTA MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
Informational. Shareholders holding physical shares from before April 2019 can use this window to dematerialise them before 4 February 2027.
