On the reaction day the stock moved 1.7 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 1.1 pts less than its Compressors Pumps & Diesel Engines peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kirloskar Oil Engines has published newspaper notices in Financial Express and Loksatta about a SEBI special window for transfer and dematerialisation of physical shares. The window is open from 5 Feb 2026 to 4 Feb 2027 for shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019. Shares will be credited only in demat form with a one year lock-in. Applications go to the company or its RTA MUFG Intime India. Shares already moved to IEPF are not eligible.
Routine compliance filing, no material business impact. Relevant only for shareholders holding old physical shares who wish to dematerialise.
