Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited has completed the acquisition of the remaining 44.74% equity shares in its subsidiary, Systems and Components India Private Limited. The purchase consideration is Rs. 12.55 crores, paid to the existing Promoter Shareholder of the subsidiary. This transaction amends the original Share Purchase and Shareholders' Agreement dated October 24, 2024. The Board of Directors approved this acquisition in their meeting held on April 27, 2026. Following this acquisition, Kirloskar Pneumatic will own 100% of Systems and Components India Private Limited.
