Knowledge Realty Trust Q1 FY27: Rs 7,516M distribution at Rs 1.695 per unit

The Board of the Manager approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Trust for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) and declared a total distribution of Rs 7,516.31 million, or Rs 1.695 per unit. The breakup is Rs 4,088.52M as dividend (Rs 0.922/unit), Rs 1,232.76M as interest (Rs 0.278/unit), Rs 2,190.59M as debt repayment (Rs 0.494/unit), and Rs 4.43M as other income. No material deviation in the use of IPO and NCD proceeds. Record date is July 31, 2026, and the distribution will be paid on or before August 7, 2026.
