Kopran Limited has published its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and the year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated total income increased to Rs 68,142.36 lakh from Rs 62,960.44 lakh in the previous year, showing revenue growth. However, standalone net profit dropped significantly to Rs 2,534.89 lakh from Rs 16,191.24 lakh year-on-year, while consolidated net profit improved to Rs 3,435.62 lakh from Rs 5,194.86 lakh. Standalone EPS rose to Rs 3.91 from Rs 2.00, but consolidated EPS declined to Rs 5.33 from Rs 7.99. The company has announced a 30% dividend of Rs 3 per share on a face value of Rs 10. The large variance between standalone and consolidated figures, and the significant drop in standalone profit despite higher revenues, warrants attention.
The company showed revenue growth on a consolidated basis, but the sharp decline in standalone net profit and lower consolidated EPS compared to the previous year may concern investors. The 30% dividend provides some return to shareholders despite the profit decline.
