On the reaction day the stock moved 1.5 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts less than its Leather And Leather Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Kothari won a Rs 3.75 crore order from the Tamil Nadu Milk Producers' Federation's Central Dairy in Chennai. It will provide 78 unskilled workers in three shifts for dairy processing, housekeeping, gardening and tub washing. The order runs for 24 months and may be extended by six months if a new tender is not finalised. The total value is Rs 3,75,01,822.80, including GST of Rs 57,20,617.04. The award is domestic and not a related-party transaction.
Likely positive for revenue visibility over two years, though margins, execution and the Rs 14.95 lakh security deposit are risks.
