Kotyark Industries has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) from Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for the supply of biodiesel. IOCL's order is worth approximately Rs. 36.23 crores for 4,246 kilolitres, while HPCL's order is worth approximately Rs. 7.01 crores for 808 kilolitres, taking the aggregate deliverable value to around Rs. 43.24 crores. Both orders are domestic, to be supplied between April 2025 and July 2025 across Haryana, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. The company highlighted that OMCs issued LOIs directly this cycle (without a prior allotment sheet), reflecting a faster procurement process and strengthening the company's confidence in its OMC relationships. The company expects this to have a material positive impact on revenue during the supply period.
This is a positive development for shareholders, as it confirms a Rs. 43+ crore order book addition over a short four-month window from two large public-sector customers. The company has explicitly flagged it as materially impacting revenue, which should support near-term earnings visibility. No promoter or related-party interest is involved, keeping the deal clean.
