KPI Green Energy has received charging permission from the Chief Electrical Inspector, Nagpur for its 100 MW (AC) or 128 MW (DC) grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV project, executed on a turnkey EPC basis for Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) at Ramthi, Narkhed, Nagpur. This CEIG clearance is the final regulatory step that allows the project to be commissioned. The company says it establishes its presence in Maharashtra and adds a marquee state-utility project to its operating portfolio.
Project now cleared for commissioning, adding 100 MW to operating capacity and unlocking potential revenue from a state government utility counterparty.
