On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
KPI Green Energy received a letter of intent from UAE-based FVE Lifecare General Trading for a 600 MW round-the-clock solar and battery storage project valued at about 1,050 crore rupees. KPI will design, develop, finance and commission it in phases, starting in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Andhra Pradesh. The final structure is yet to be agreed, with FVE arranging long-term power offtake.
The project could strengthen KPI's growth profile and order pipeline, but revenue depends on final agreements, financing and phased execution.
