KPI Green Energy has signed a binding offer to acquire 100 percent of Alfanar Energy and Netra Wind for an enterprise value of Rs 2,410 Crores, paid in cash. The two targets operate wind power projects of 301.4 MW and 206.5 MW at Bhuj, Gujarat, totaling 507.9 MW. The deal is not a related party transaction and is expected to close by Feb 28, 2027, subject to regulatory and lender approvals. Combined FY25 revenue of the targets was about Rs 277 Crores.
Significant capacity addition of 507.9 MW wind power, expanding renewable portfolio. All-cash deal of Rs 2,410 Cr may impact leverage; positive long-term growth signal.
