KIMS signed definitive agreements to buy 51% of Sarvottam Health Care, operator of a 183-bed hospital in Kakinada, and remitted the cash consideration. The deal covers 21,72,713 shares for up to ₹79.50 crore; the filing also mentions an overall ceiling of ₹80 crore. Share transfer is expected later. Sarvottam reported FY26 turnover of ₹84.83 crore, profit of ₹7.06 crore and net worth of ₹50.30 crore.
KIMS gains control of a profitable hospital operator, supporting growth, but the cash outflow, integration and execution remain risks.
