On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.2 pts more than its Animal Feed peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
KSE Limited filed its quarterly Regulation 74(5) compliance certificate for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. Its registrar MUFG Intime India confirmed that all securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed within the required 15-day timeline. Share certificates were mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depository name was substituted as the registered owner in company records. The RTA also confirmed the demat securities remain listed on the stock exchanges where earlier issued securities are listed.
Routine SEBI compliance filing. No material impact on business, financials, or shareholders expected.
