KSH International received manufacturer approval from Power Grid Corporation of India (PGCIL) for its Supa facility. The approval allows the company to manufacture and supply Continuously Transposed Conductors (CTC), Paper Insulated Copper Conductors (PICC), and Bunched Paper Insulated Copper Conductors (BPICC) for transformers and reactors up to 765 kV class for POWERGRID projects in India. This qualifies KSH to bid for and supply to major PGCIL power transmission projects.
Positive: clears KSH to bid for and supply high-voltage conductor products to PGCIL's transmission projects, opening a key PSU customer segment.
