Hathor Corporate Advisors LLP has taken over management and control of Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd following a Share Purchase Agreement dated 30 October 2024 with the existing promoters. The promoters and promoter group members have collectively transferred 13,41,868 shares (63.70% of the company) to the acquirer, with the largest single transfer being 9,65,221 shares (45.82%) by Managing Director Chandramouleeswaran Krishnan.
