Lake Shore Realty has undergone a complete change of management after AL Maha Investment Fund PCC – Onyx Strategy and Indigo Infracon Private Limited acquired 19,19,630 equity shares (54.84%) from the selling promoters via a Share Purchase Agreement dated May 30, 2025. Indigo Infracon has become the new promoter, while AL Maha is participating only as a financial investor (FPI). The entire old board has exited: Managing Director Sanjeev Goyal, promoter director Saloni Goyal, and three independent directors (Manisha Goyal, Dharmesh Bhutani, Achal Kumar Khaneja) have all resigned, along with CFO Jitender Singh Bisht. A new board has been constituted with Bhairavi Chandrakant Goswami as the new Managing Director (promoter category), Chandan Hiralal Prajapati as a non-executive non-independent director, and Vijay Kumar and Ruchi Ghanashyam (a former Indian High Commissioner) as independent directors. All board committees have been reconstituted and the registered office is being shifted within Delhi to West Punjabi Bagh.
Shareholders should expect a significant shift in company direction under entirely new promoter and management. With the old promoter group reclassified as public and a new MD from the acquirer's side taking charge, the company's strategy, business focus, and potentially its name (already changed from Mahaan Foods to Lake Shore Realty) may evolve further. The open offer process accompanying this takeover is the key near-term event for retail shareholders to watch.
