Lake Shore Realty shareholders approved all 3 special resolutions via postal ballot, results declared on July 3, 2026. (1) Appointment of Narendra Kumar Verma as Independent Director for 5 years passed with 99.99 percent votes in favour (5,79,940 of 5,80,001). (2) Shifting registered office from Delhi to Maharashtra passed with 99.98 percent support. (3) Approval to give loans, guarantees or security up to Rs 100 Crores to subsidiaries or associates under Section 185 passed with 98.52 percent support.
