Board appointed Vinit Kumar as additional managing director for five years from 2 November 2026, pending shareholder approval. Bhairavi Goswami was redesignated whole-time director until 3 August 2030 on unchanged terms. Unaudited September-quarter profit after tax was Rs 24.21 lakh and half-year profit Rs 43.01 lakh, against Rs 7.08 lakh a year earlier. Half-year revenue was Rs 80.55 lakh, including Rs 74.82 lakh other income.
Profit growth is positive, but most income came from other sources. The new managing director still needs shareholder approval.
