L&T's Buildings & Factories (B&F) business has won multiple orders from a private real-estate client for projects across three Indian states. The orders include a residential project in Hyderabad (10 high-rise towers up to 180 metres with 55 floors), a luxury high-rise residential tower in Mumbai's Worli (260 metres tall with 63 floors), and a mixed project in Karnataka comprising residential villas and a luxury hotel. These orders are classified as 'Large' (₹1,000 to ₹2,500 crore in value). All projects involve RCC shell and core construction work.
