On the reaction day the stock moved 3.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.2 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Unaudited standalone results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026 were published. Quarterly income was Rs 18,042.45 lakh, down from Rs 19,888.85 lakh a year earlier, but profit after tax was Rs 144.43 lakh versus a loss of Rs 2,036.05 lakh. Half-year income rose to Rs 29,942.92 lakh from Rs 24,709.18 lakh, and profit was Rs 186.59 lakh versus a loss of Rs 1,891.63 lakh.
The return to profit helps shareholders, but lower quarterly income and a small Rs 144.43 lakh profit limit the likely stock benefit.
