Lemon Tree Hotels has signed three new license agreements for Lemon Tree Hotel Surat (85 rooms), Lemon Tree Hotel Rudrapur in Uttarakhand (84 rooms), and Lemon Tree Resort Dalhousie in Himachal Pradesh (75 rooms). All three properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, under the asset-light managed hotel model. Together, these add 244 rooms to the company's pipeline across Gujarat, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. The company already operates over 110 hotels with another 110+ in the pipeline, and this expansion strengthens presence in tier I, II and III cities.
