Lemon Tree Hotels reported strong Q1 FY26 results — standalone revenue rose 12% YoY to Rs 9,289 lakhs and net profit grew 23% to Rs 2,047 lakhs, while consolidated revenue jumped 18% to Rs 31,577 lakhs and net profit nearly 2.4x to Rs 4,810 lakhs. The Board approved a major leadership succession: founder Patanjali Govind Keswani will step down as Managing Director on September 30, 2025, and continue as Executive Director & Chairman for 18 months. Neelendra Singh (ex-MD of Adidas India) will take over as the new Managing Director for 5 years from October 1, 2025. Existing CFO Kapil Sharma is being elevated to Executive Director & CFO. The Board also approved transferring its 100% stake in two dormant subsidiaries (Nettle Hotels and Madder Stays) to Fleur Hotels at face value, and set up a committee to explore demerging its owned hotel business into Fleur Hotels.
