Lemon Tree Hotels signed a licence agreement for Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The 63-room property will be managed by wholly owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels and include a restaurant, banquet, fitness centre and meeting rooms. The signing brings the group to 14 operational and 10 upcoming hotels in Rajasthan.
Expands the managed hotel pipeline in a growing industrial centre and supports future fee income, but no deal value or opening date was disclosed.
