Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading's subsidiary Vandu Food Processing Pvt Ltd (VFPPL) has entered into a 5-year Supply Agreement with Haldiram Marketing Pvt Ltd, effective 19 March 2026. Under the deal, VFPPL will process raw cashew nuts into finished products such as broken cashew pieces and cashew powder and supply them to Haldiram as per its quality and packaging standards. The agreement is domestic, has no promoter or related-party interest, and is renewable on mutual consent. The company expects to generate approximately Rs. 150 crore per annum in revenue once its processing facility is commissioned, making this a major business win.
This is a significant, long-term contract with a top-tier FMCG brand (Haldiram), potentially transforming the company's revenue base and strengthening its position in the food processing segment. For shareholders, this could be a positive catalyst for valuation, though actual revenue will depend on facility commissioning and offtake volumes.
