Audited September 2026 quarter and half-year results carried an unmodified audit opinion. Consolidated half-year revenue rose 21% to Rs 1,747.09 crore and PAT rose 6.7% to Rs 160.96 crore. Operating cash flow stayed positive at Rs 172.63 crore. The board approved Rs 24.80 crore of arm's-length related-party funding for wholly owned LGB Steel and 51%-owned SLGB Energy. A Rs 6.90 crore subsidy was recorded as an exceptional item.
Revenue grew 21% and cash flow stayed positive, but PAT growth was modest and EBITDA margin narrowed. Subsidiary funding raises cash needs.
