For the half year ended September 30, 2025, standalone operating revenue rose 5.0% to 14,396.45 crore and profit after tax rose 3.5% to 2,715.80 crore. Gross and net bad-loan ratios improved to 2.51% and 1.19%, but operating cash outflow was 4,283.43 crore. Debt to equity eased to 7.59 from 8.38. A final dividend of 10 per share was paid in September.
Higher profit, better loan quality and the 10 per share dividend help shareholders, but operating cash outflow and high leverage remain concerns.
