Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 results for the company and subsidiaries. The company's Q2 revenue rose 1.4% to Rs 7,175.08 crore and profit after tax rose 11.4% to Rs 1,508.78 crore. H1 profit rose 10.4% to Rs 2,997.10 crore on flat revenue. Gross NPAs eased to 2.05%, while operating cash outflow was Rs 1,614.07 crore. Rs 19,610 crore of housing loans were reclassified as non-housing; capital ratio impact is being recalculated.
Profit growth and lower NPAs help, but cash used in lending and the pending capital ratio review after loan reclassification are risks.
