Linc Limited is investing up to USD 250,000 (about Rs 2.31 crores) in its Turkey-based joint venture Silka Linc, which manufactures and sells writing instruments. Both Linc and partner Silka Kirtasiye will contribute equal amounts, keeping the 50:50 shareholding unchanged. The JV, incorporated in October 2024, reported turnover of Rs 11.52 crores in FY26 and will use the fresh funds for capital expenditure and working capital. The deal is a related party transaction and is expected to complete within three months.
Small additional investment in existing Turkey JV; no change in 50:50 shareholding. Modest size, but supports international expansion plans.
