On the reaction day the stock moved 1.0 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.4 pts less than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On October 16, 2026, unsecured creditors of Lloyds Engineering Works unanimously approved (100 percent by number and value, no dissent) the merger scheme that absorbs three companies - Lloyds Infrastructure and Construction, Metalfab Hightech, and Techno Industries - into the company. Shareholders also voted 100 percent in favor. The NCLT-convened scheme, filed under sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, now awaits NCLT sanction.
Strong creditor and shareholder support clears a major hurdle; scheme still needs NCLT sanction and other regulatory approvals before completion.
