On the reaction day the stock moved 5.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.8 pts less than its Trading - Metals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Lloyds Enterprises will first merge its real estate arms (LRDL and IPPL) with itself, then demerge the consolidated real estate business into a new independently listed entity called Lloyds Realty Limited. Share exchange ratio: 1 LRL share for every 2 LEL shares held. The new entity holds a 270 acre land bank with over 15 million sq ft development potential and more than 7000 crore revenue potential across Mumbai/MMR projects. Effective from April 1, 2026, subject to NCLT and other approvals.
Shareholders get proportionate stake in a new pure-play listed real estate entity, potentially removing the conglomerate discount and unlocking embedded value.
