Q3 FY26 results approved. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 3,839 crore, profit after tax jumped 128 percent to Rs 888.55 crore year on year. Board approved a Second Slurry Pipeline project from Hedri to Maharashtra Port in two phases along with financing, and expanded pellet plant capacity at Konsari from 4 MTPA to 5 MTPA each. Also set up a Rs 252 crore wholly owned skilling subsidiary in Maharashtra, and approved acquiring stakes in entities in Singapore (up to 95 percent for USD 5 million) and South Africa (USD 1 million each). Allotted 8.05 lakh shares on warrant conversion.
Strong quarterly results and big capex push on pipeline and pellet expansion signal growth focus. Minor share dilution from warrant conversion.
