On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 0.8 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Lodha Developers' scheme to absorb Roselabs Finance and National Standard (India) via merger was approved at NCLT convened meetings on Oct 9, 2026. Secured creditors backed it 100 percent. Equity shareholders approved it with 99.95 percent in favour, representing about 94.26 crore shares. Public shareholders separately voted 99.82 percent in favour. All approvals from shareholders and creditors of the companies involved are now in place, but the scheme still needs NCLT sanction and any other clearances before becoming effective.
Positive step for the merger plan, though NCLT sanction and other approvals are still pending before the scheme can take effect.
