On the reaction day the stock moved 0.7 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 0.8 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Lodha Developers shareholders and secured creditors approved the merger scheme absorbing Roselabs Finance and National Standard (India) at the NCLT convened meeting on Oct 9, 2026 via video conferencing. Over 99.95 percent of equity votes and 100 percent of promoter votes favored the resolution, with 99.82 percent of public shareholders also in favor. All shareholder and creditor approvals from the involved companies are now in place, and the scheme awaits NCLT sanction and other regulatory clearances.
Positive progress toward completing the merger, but still needs NCLT sanction and other approvals before becoming effective.
