Lodha Developers has signed an MoU with Maharashtra government for an additional Rs 1 lakh crore investment in a data centre park, taking total commitment to Rs 1.3 lakh crore. The 2.5 GW park, signed at Davos by MD Abhishek Lodha, will create 16,000 jobs. Amazon and STT Global Data Centres have already acquired land parcels in the park. This builds on a Rs 30,000 crore MoU signed in September.
Major capacity expansion into data centre infra; could boost long-term revenue visibility and attract investor interest.
