On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts less than its Other Agricultural Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

LT Foods reported unaudited H1 FY27 consolidated revenue of ₹6,414 crore, up 22% year on year, EBITDA of ₹721 crore, up 17%, and profit after tax of ₹364 crore, up 9%. Q2 revenue rose 17% to ₹3,253 crore and profit after tax increased 10% to ₹180 crore. Gross margin fell 190 basis points to 32.5% and EBITDA margin fell 50 basis points to 11.2%, due to shipment-term changes, organic business remodelling and higher brand spending.
Strong revenue and profit growth may support the stock, but lower margins and an 11% fall in the organic business may limit the upside.
