Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on May 29, 2026 have considered and approved the proposal to acquire the remaining stake of 15.97% in Lumax FAE Technologies Private Limited (LFAE)from its existing shareholder i.e., Francisco Albero S.A.U (FAE) and execution of the SharePurchase Agreement and other documents. Post this acquisition LFAE will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
