MR Maniveni Foods appoints new Company Secretary and CFO

Board of MR Maniveni Foods, at its 28 Sept 2026 meeting, appointed Mr V Sundar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, and Mrs T Sathya as Chief Financial Officer, effective the same date. Sundar is a qualified CS with 20 years of experience in corporate affairs and financial accounting. Sathya holds an MBA with 8 plus years of experience in HR and financial accounting. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with CFO also approved by the Audit Committee.
