Macfos Ltd (which runs the Robu.in electronics e-commerce platform) filed its investor presentation ahead of an earnings call scheduled for 31st October 2025. For H1 FY 2025-26, the company reported total revenue of ₹129.11 crore, EBITDA of ₹15.56 crore, and PAT of ₹10.16 crore. While headline revenue dipped versus H1 FY 2024-25, this is because that period included a one-time bulk order worth ₹71.37 crore — excluding that, underlying revenue grew 71% year-on-year. PAT was roughly flat versus Q1, with management blaming temporary factors like Independence Day sale discounts and July salary hikes. Full-year FY 2024-25 revenue came in at ₹257.68 crore, nearly doubling from ₹126.36 crore in FY 2023-24, with a 3-year revenue CAGR of 67%. Customers served, orders, and average order value all continue to climb, and the company highlighted early-stage drone supplies to defence establishments under its proprietary products push (Robu 2.0).
The strong underlying 71% revenue growth and continued margin improvement (EBITDA margin up to 12.05% from 10.23%) are positives for shareholders. However, short-term borrowings more than doubled to ₹40.05 crore from ₹18.59 crore, which may raise some working-capital concerns despite the otherwise healthy growth story.
