Acquires 13-acre land on 30-year lease near Rajkot for expansion

Macpower CNC Machines has acquired 30-year leasehold rights over about 13 acres of land near Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat, at a nominal rate. The land will be used to debottleneck existing manufacturing and support future capacity expansion. The company plans to invest around Rs 50 crore over 12 months in buildings, plant and machinery, funded through internal accruals or debt. It will also get up to 25 percent capital subsidy and 7 percent interest subsidy under the Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026.
