Madhucon Projects has appointed M/s B. Narsing Rao and Co LLP as new Statutory Auditor for 3 years from the conclusion of the 36th AGM to the 39th AGM, replacing P. Murali and Co whose second term is ending. M/s Ganga Rao and Associates has been appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Both changes were approved by the Board on 13 August 2026, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, and the statutory auditor appointment needs shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
