Magellanic Cloud corrects XBRL filing errors and submits auditor declaration

NSE and BSE had sought clarification on financial results filed on May 26, 2026 for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company said the earlier XBRL filing had inadvertent errors in EPS, PBT, PAT, paid-up equity share capital, reserves and cash flow figures, and revised standalone and consolidated XBRL results have been submitted with corrections. It also submitted a missing declaration confirming statutory auditors SGCO and CO LLP issued an audit report with an unmodified opinion on FY26 results.
