AGM results: all 4 resolutions passed including RPT approval

Maharashtra Corporation Ltd disclosed voting results of its 44th AGM held on 30 Sep 2026 in Mumbai. All 4 resolutions passed: (1) Adoption of FY26 Standalone Financial Statements with 99.60 percent votes in favour; (2) Reappointment of Mr Tilokchand Kothari as Director with 99.59 percent; (3) Appointment of Ms Riddhi Trivedi as Statutory Auditor with 99.59 percent; (4) Approval of Material Related Party Transactions and Inter-Corporate Loans with 99.96 percent. Total 10.39 crore votes polled out of 62.08 crore shares, about 16.74 percent participation. Promoters voted fully in favour of every resolution.
