On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved buying Actis's full 25.65 percent stake in Mahindra Homes Private Limited for up to Rs 90 crore in cash. Subject to shareholder approval, MHPL will become wholly owned by Mahindra Lifespace. The buyer and seller are related parties, with the deal on arm's length terms. MHPL had no turnover in FY25, compared with Rs 6.56 crore in FY24 and Rs 8.81 crore in FY23.
Full ownership may simplify management, but shareholder approval is needed and the company will pay up to Rs 90 crore in cash.
