Mahindra Logistics reported consolidated revenue of ₹6,999.30 crore for FY26, up 14.7% from ₹6,104.83 crore in FY25. The company returned to profit with consolidated PAT of ₹10.57 crore compared to a loss of ₹30 crore in FY25. Standalone revenue grew to ₹5,671.98 crore from ₹5,012.56 crore, with standalone PAT at ₹43.02 crore vs ₹43.50 crore in the prior year. Finance costs reduced to ₹75.02 crore from ₹81.21 crore. Long-term borrowings dropped significantly to ₹34.46 crore from ₹410.47 crore. Equity attributable to shareholders nearly tripled to ₹1,174.78 crore, aided by a ₹722 crore share premium from a rights issue. The statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The company showing return to profitability and strong revenue growth is positive for shareholders. The significant reduction in debt and tripling of equity base strengthens the balance sheet. However, standalone PAT was essentially flat and the EPS remains low at ₹0.25 on consolidated basis, indicating ongoing challenges in achieving stronger profitability.
