Mahindra's EV arm MEAL has expanded its Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) program to its entire Electric Origin SUV line-up: BE 6 SPORTEQ, XEV 9S and XEV 9e. BE 6 SPORTEQ starts at Rs 11.45 Lakh, XEV 9S at Rs 12.65 Lakh and XEV 9e at Rs 13.90 Lakh, with battery usage cost at Rs 3.75 per km. The company says the program received strong customer response since launch.
