Majestic Auto completes acquisition of Sharan Hospitality; SHPL now wholly owned subsidiary

Majestic Auto has completed the acquisition of Sharan Hospitality Private Limited (SHPL) under a Supreme Court approved resolution plan dated July 17, 2026. The company infused the full amount of Rs 105.43 crore across 3 phases, comprising equity of Rs 5 crore, non-convertible debentures of Rs 71.15 crore, and an inter-corporate deposit of Rs 29.28 crore. SHPL is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Majestic Auto. The company plans to transfer these securities to NovumLake Property Fund and 360 ONE Real Assets Advantage Fund under existing purchase agreements.
